How to Refer & Earn?

Referral Terms & Conditions — Education Loan

By participating in the referral program you agree to the following terms. These terms apply only to referrals for education loans.

1. Eligibility: The referrer must be a registered user of our platform and at least 18 years old. Referrals are valid only for new applicants who have not previously applied through our platform.
2. How to Refer: Referrals must be submitted using the unique referral link or code provided to the referrer. Referrals submitted by other means will not be eligible unless explicitly approved in writing by our team.
3. Valid Referral: A referral is considered valid only when the referred student completes a loan application using the referral link/code, the application is accepted by the lender, and the loan is sanctioned.
4. Reward Structure: Reward payout is split into two parts: an amount on loan sanction and an amount on loan disbursal (example: ₹1,500 on sanction and ₹1,500 on disbursal). Exact amounts and milestones will be shown on your dashboard.
5. Payment Terms: Rewards are paid to the referrer's verified bank account or wallet only after verification of the referred student's sanction/disbursal. Payments may take up to 30 business days from the qualifying event to process.
6. Cap & Limits: We reserve the right to set caps on the number of paid referrals per referrer, and to change caps at any time. Any caps active at the time of referral will apply.
7. Fraud & Misuse: Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals using alternate identities, or any attempt to manipulate the program will void the referral and may result in account suspension and recovery of paid rewards.
8. Data & Privacy: By making a referral you consent to sharing the referred applicant's details with lenders and our operations team for processing. We will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Tax & Compliance: Referrers are responsible for any taxes, disclosures, and compliance obligations arising from rewards. We may issue tax forms where required by law.
10. Modification & Termination: We may modify, pause, or terminate the referral program or these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the site. Rewards for referrals already qualifying prior to the change will be honored unless otherwise specified.
